GoodFace is a digital assistive
facial palsy rehabilitation App. The App is based on a mobile device platform combined with Augmented Reality (AR) to gamify, customize, and digital facial rehabilitation. GoodFace! has
four main objectives: to reduce burnout, to improve the accuracy of patients' rehabilitation, to record quantitative rehabilitation data, and to address the convenience of patients' medical
visits. Using facial landmark technology, the App can mark facial features to determine the accuracy of a patient's rehabilitation actions. Then GoodFace! will take photos of patients at regular intervals during rehabilitation. This is a new form of digital approach to rehabilitation.
This App is based on the direction of the attending physician of the Department of Rehabilitation of Cathay Hospital in Taiwan.
